ORDER METHOD
We only accept telephone orders. Simply call us on 0789 445 6501.
*Please quote our cake reference number (for example: SP001)
PRICE LIST (based on 7 inch/1.5lb)
*Prices can be vary, please click onto our cake photos to see their individual prices.
Sponge cream cake: from £18 (each additional inch costs £6)
Chilled Cheesecake: from £20 (each additional inch costs £7)
Mousse cake : from £24 (each additional inch costs £8) Bailey's Tiramisu: from £24 (each additional inch costs £6)
Special collections: £34 (one size only)
*Personalised messages on your cake: 25p per word. Maximum 6 English words or 8 Chinese words. (For example: Happy Birthday = 2 words = 50p; 生日快樂 = 4 words = £1)
*Now when you order cakes of 8 inch and above, you will receive FREE sparkling candles and a plastic cake knife*
CONDITIONS FOR CAKE ORDER
1) Please place your cake order 3 days in advance (excluding Sundays). For example: Orders placed on Monday will be ready to collect/deliver on Thursday. Orders placed on Saturday will be ready to collect/deliver next Wednesday (because Sunday is excluded). However, orders placed on Thursday will still be able to collect on Sunday.
2) Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and any payment will not be refunded.
3) Please confirm your pick-up details (date, time and place) when you place your order. No alterations can be made once your order is accepted.
4) If customers fail to collect their orders within the agreed period, such products will be discarded at the end of that day and payment will not be refunded.
5) Cake decorations and fruit may be modified due to stock availability.
6) All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
7) C4CAKE reserve all the rights to make final decision on all matters of dispute.
CONDITIONS FOR COLLECTION/DELIVERY
1) Cakes can be collected from one of our pick-up points for FREE.
2) Additional charge is applied for picking up from locations other than our selected pick-up points. Please contact us to enquire before placing your order.
3) Collections can be arranged from Monday to Sunday, see below for times:
Mon-Sat: 12noon - 8pm
Sunday: 10am - 1pm & 5pm - 8pm
4) Delivery service may be available at an additional charge depending on the circumstances. Please contact us in advance for more information.
